"Qahwty " is a generic term used by the coffee masters at Mr. Macchiato ® which refers to the method of preparing coffee.
"Qahwty" at Mr. Macchiato ® is associated with a rich history filled with adventure, innovation and creativity: beginning with its planting, to its harvesting, and finally its brewing.
At Mr. Macchiato ® we roast our own coffee beans adding special spices, passion and signature flavors.
"Qahwty" is prepared by Mr. Macchiato ® on the stovetop in a special pot called a "dallah", boiled poured into a thermos, and served in a petite, handle-less cup called "fenjaan"
It often has an exquisite, vivid aftertaste, and an intense bitter flavor that many people love.
